Required export documentation

An unregistered vehicle needs the dealer's purchase invoice in place of the Mulkiya, together with a Certificate of Origin.

A vehicle registered in the UAE needs the original registration card, which is the Mulkiya, the RTA Export Certificate, temporary export plates, a bank NOC where there was finance, proof that fines and Salik are cleared, and about 14 days of insurance on the export plates.

Three things have to be right on this one. The powertrain stated exactly, either battery-electric with no combustion engine or plug-in hybrid with the engine displacement recorded, since a vague entry gets resolved against you. The model name matching the VIN plate, because Song Plus and Seal U describe one vehicle and a mismatch between the invoice and the plate is the sort of discrepancy that stops a car at the border. And the battery capacity in kilowatt-hours, because incentive thresholds are set against that number. Hold the originals with your copies.
